We believe that our Portable and Electric lift tables offer the best value - price plus quality in the industry. If you don`t agree, you may return your table undamaged, in its original packaging, within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your original purchase price in full.

Portable Massage Tables
Our Portable and Stationary massage tables are guaranteed against defects in material and craftsmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the products,or for five years after a model is discontinued. The foam and vinyl are warranted for three years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Ann Unicare sole discretion. You are responsible for shipping the product back to the factory for any warranty claim. Ann Unicare will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental Canada. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties, and taxes.

Electric Lift Tables and Stationary Tables
Our electric lift tables and stationary tables have a lifetime warranty on the frame. The lift motor and controls have a 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If, within these two years, there is a defect, malfunction or failure of the lift motor or controls, Ann Unicare will replace or repair the defective component at our discretion, shipping not included. Accessories
Our accessories are warranted for 1 year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Ann Unicare sole discretion, shipping not included.

Receiving Your Order
We want you to be satisfied. Please unwrap and inspect your order immediately. Notify Ann Unicare and the shipping company within 5 business days if there are any shipment shortages, damages or defects. Failure to do so constitutes conclusive proof that the products were received without fault. If you find damage, save all packaging material for inspection and notify Ann Unicare Customer Service. Do not sign a free-and-clean delivery receipt if damage to the packaging indicates potential damage to the products.
